Find out what's stuck, every week. No agents, no mess.
Once a week, everyone on your team answers three questions from a private link: what they're focused on, what moved, and what's in their way. You read one board with the problems at the top.
Free for teams up to 3, no card needed. Your team doesn't sign up for anything, they just get a link.

How it works
- Add your people and send each one their private link. No login, no app.
- They answer three questions: What are you focused on this week? What moved since last week? Anything in your way?
- You read one board with the problems first.
Free for small teams. Simple pricing after that.
One flat price per team, with no per-seat math. Free for up to 3 people, and the Team plan covers up to 9.
- Starter, free, up to 3 people: a private link for each person, your board with problems first, notes and unblock tracking, 4 weeks of history.
- Team, up to 9 people, flat monthly price per team (20% off when paid yearly): everything in Starter, full history, email reminders on the due day, a second nudge if someone's late, summary and CSV export.
- Business, any team size, contact us: everything in Team, more than one manager, groups and departments, priority support.
Questions, answered plainly
Is my team going to feel watched?
It asks the same three things you'd ask in a 1:1, and people write the answers themselves. There's no activity tracking, no time logging, and nothing installed on anyone's laptop. You see what they choose to tell you.
Does IT have to approve it?
Your team doesn't make accounts. Each person gets a private link, and you sign in with your email. Whether your company wants to review a tool like this is your call. If they ask: data sits in a Postgres database hosted in the US, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
What if people don't fill it in?
Your board shows who hasn't sent theirs. On the Team plan everyone gets their link by email on the due day, and a nudge two days later if they still haven't. Most of it is one line per question, so it's hard to put off for long.
How is this different from a standup bot in Slack?
Standup bots ask every day and the answers scroll away in a channel. Blocker Board asks once a week, keeps each problem open until you mark it unblocked, and gives you one page you can read over coffee.
Can I try it before I involve my team?
Yes. Open the demo board to click around a team that's mid-week, or sign up and add yourself as the first person so you see the form they'll get.
Is there any AI or agent in this?
No. Your team writes their own answers, and the board and summary are built straight from what they wrote. It does one job: it shows you what's in the way, once a week.
How do I tell you what to build next?
Email hello@blockerboard.app, or use the "Tell us what to build next" link at the bottom of the page. A person reads every message, and what we add next comes from what teams ask for.
What does my team actually see?
A short form with their name at the top: last week's priorities to check off, this week's, what moved, anything in the way, and how the week's going. If you leave a note on one of their problems, they see it there too.
We do one job. You tell us what's next.
Blocker Board stays simple on purpose. What we add comes from what teams ask for, so if something is missing or in your way, say so.
